	Susanna is one of, and will always remain one of my favorite chefs. As a professionally trained french chef. Susanna is up there with Charlie Trotter. Susanna's menu appeals to all the senses, and re-emphasises food is art. And as a former chef of Chef Foo, Chef Foo still remains one of this chef's memorable experiences.
